个人简介

伟德体育,食品科学与工程系系主任,副教授博士毕业于中国农业大学食品科学与工程专业,博士期间于加拿大渥太华大学食品安全与毒理学系联合培养,于毕业同年入职Bevictor伟德官网。2018年入选上海市“浦江人才”A类计划。

现任上海食品学会青年工作委员会副主任委员、上海市营养学会特医食品专业委员会委员、精准营养与产业专业委员会委员、中国食品学会果蔬加工分会委员。第一届《食品工业科技》杂志青年编委,国际期刊Food Bioengineering 青年编委。

迄今已发表研究论文50余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Food Chem.J. Agric. Food Chem., Pharmacological Res., Food Funct., Carbohydrate poly.SCI期刊发表论文30余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目,国家重点研发计划重点专项子课题上海市自然基金面上项目等多个项目或基金

1. 主持上海市自然基金面上项目23ZR1417300),肠道菌群-肝脏轴介导功能寡糖调节脂代谢中的分子机制及益生效应

2. 主持国家重点研发计划子课题(2019YFD0901803-02),水产品智能化加工装备与关键技术;

5. 主持上海市浦江人才计划A类(18PJ1401900),NLRP3炎症小体介导的细胞焦亡在食源性有害物丙烯酰胺神经致毒中的机制研究;
